“台农17号”菠萝组培快繁技术研究

以菠萝品种“台农17号”冠芽为外植体,采用1.0~5.0mg/L 6-BA、0.1~0.5mg/LNAA、1.0—4.0mg/LIBA激素配比对芽诱导、继代增殖和生根进行培养。结果表明,适宜菠萝冠芽诱导和继代增殖培养的培养基为MS+6-BA3.0mg/L+NAA0.1mg/L,继代增殖周期在22d较为适宜,增殖系数为6.8;适宜生根培养基为1/2MS+IBA3.0mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L,以沙:塘泥(1:2)为假植基质,假植成活率达94.0%,植株生长健壮,长势良好。...
