重复经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森病患者运动功能障碍系统评价
目的系统评价高、低频重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)对帕金森病(PD)患者运动功能障碍的疗效。方法通过计算机检索Pubmed、Cochrane图书馆、EMbase、Web of Science、中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献数据库(CBM)等数据库中关于r TMS治疗PD患者运动功能障碍的随机对照试验(RCT)。截止时间设为2013年4月。由2名研究者根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献和提取数据,并相互验证。将统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)中的运动功能评分(UPRDSⅢ)作为疗效的主要评价指标。结果经筛选纳入高质量RCT文献14篇,其中1篇英文文献无法直接提取数据,与作者邮件联系也未得到数据。...
