玉米种质资源抗穗腐病鉴定

Abstract_FL The study aimed to confirm the differences in ear-rot-resistance among various maize varieties ( lines) .Adopting the method of naturally being infected by pathogens under field conditions, we identified and evaluated the resistances of 522 maize germplasm resources to ear rot in Gan’gu county, Tianshui city, Gansu province from 2009 to 2011.The results showed that 74, 55 and 275 maize materials were highly -resistant, resistant, and moderately -resistant to ear rot respectively, accounting for 14.18%, 10.54%and 52.68% of total materials separately.The other 118 materials were susceptible or highly-susceptible to this disease, accounting for 22.60%of total materials.It is very necessary for ear-rot-resistant breeding of maize to strengthen the collection, identification and evaluation of maize germplasm resources.
