玉米种质资源抗穗腐病鉴定

为明确玉米不同品种(系)之间的抗穗腐病性差异,采用田间自然感病法,于2009~2011年在甘肃省天水市甘谷县对522份玉米种质资源进行了田间抗性鉴定和评价。结果表明,共筛选出高抗材料74份、抗病材料55份、中抗材料275份,分别占供鉴材料的14.18%、10.54%和52.68%;其余118份均为感病和高感材料,占22.60%。因此,应加大力度搜集,鉴定与评价玉米种质资源,为抗病育种提供核心抗源。...

The study aimed to confirm the differences in ear-rot-resistance among various maize varieties ( lines) .Adopting the method of naturally being infected by pathogens under field conditions, we identified and evaluated the resistances of 522 maize germplasm resources to ear rot in Gan’gu county, Tianshui city, Gansu province from 2009 to 2011.The results showed that 74, 55 and 275 maize materials were highly -resistant, resistant, and moderately -resistant to ear rot respectively, accounting for 14.18%, 10.54%and 52.68% of total materials separately.The other 118 materials were susceptible or highly-susceptible to this disease, accounting for 22.60%of total materials.It is very necessary for ear-rot-resistant breeding of maize to strengthen the collection, identification and evaluation of maize germplasm resources.
