湘潭市某县农村人口结核分枝杆菌感染及影响因素分析

目的探讨湘潭市湘潭县农村人口结核分枝杆菌感染情况及其对结核菌素试验（PPD）的影响因素分析。方法采用多阶段整群随机抽样法选取湘潭市湘潭县6个自然村为调查点,采用问卷入户调查的形式对调查对象年龄、性别、职业、文化程度、婚姻状况、医保情况、个人年收入、吸烟史等资料进行调查,并对研究对象进行PPD,对影响PPD检查结果的危险因素进行单因素分析和二元多因素分析。结果单因素分析中,性别、年龄、文化程度、吸烟史、有无卡介苗接种卡痕和接触史对PPD检查有影响,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;将有统计学意义的单因素代入logistic回归方程中进行二元多因素分析,结果显示年龄、吸烟史、接触史为PPD阳性的...

Objective To investigate the infection of mycobacterium tuberculosis and the influencing factors of tuber-culin skin tests（PPD）in the rural population of Xiangtan county in Xiangtan city.Methods Multi-stage cluster random sampling was used,and six villages in Xiangtan county in Xiangtan city were selected as the survey point.The questionnaire survey was used to investigate the age,gender,occupation,educational level,marital status,medical insurance,personal income,smoking history and other information.The subjects investigated were treated with PPD,and risk factors affecting the examination results of PPD were analyzed by single factor analysis and multi factors.Results PPD tests were affected by gender,age,educational lev el,smoking history,BCG vaccination and exposure history in
