应用AFLP分子标记研究茶树品种新材料

利用AFLP分子标记技术对28份茶树品种及新材料进行遗传多样性与亲缘关系的研究。结果表明:14对引物组合对样品进行扩增,共扩增得到851条带,多态性条带648条,多态性比率76.10%,其中有5对引物组合的多态性比率高于80%;通过聚类分析,28份供试材料的遗传关系与茶树的原产地有相关性,在相似系数为0.77时分为两个复合组和一个独立组。0302与早白尖5号、0301、0303及0310均从早白尖群体种中单株选育出来,却独立构成这个独立组,表明了其遗传特异性。...

Bibliography:By AFLP molecular marker,the genetic diversity and phylogenetie relationship were studied for 28 tea breeds or new materials. The results showed: 14 pairs primers with powerful distinctiveness and highly polymorphism were selected for this experiment. Finally, a total of 648 polymorphic bands out of 851 bands were amplified. Percentage of polymorphic loci (p) was 76. 10 %. 5 out of 14 pairs primers displayed more than 80 %, percentage of polymorphic loci ; By cluster analysis that there was a certain correlation between genetic relationship of 28 tea germplasms and their origin places. When Dice coefficient was 0.77, 28 tea cultivars could be classified into 2 complex groups and 1 simple group. Although new 0302, Zaobaijian 5, 0301,0303 and 0310 were all selected and bred from Zaobeijian tea plant group, 0302 individually fell into the simple group, and showed unique genetic characteristic.
