上海某街道托幼机构儿童家长手足口病知识、态度、行为现况

【目的】了解上海市托幼机构儿童家长对手足口病的相关认识、态度和行为,为今后手足口病防控策略提供依据。【方法】整群随机抽样抽取徐汇区龙华街道部分托幼机构,使用自行设计的问卷对机构内所有入园儿童家长进行问卷调查,并做数据分析。【结果】儿童家长对主要发病人群、传播途径、早期症状、预防方法等多数手足口病知识知晓率超过70%,对发病高峰期、消化道传播途径、皮疹症状、重症并发症的认识需要加强,学历较低的家长认识程度较差。家长对手足口病防控工作有信心,并及时送患儿治疗,超过70%家长注意培养儿童勤洗手习惯。疫苗接种率为15.5%,未接种原因主要是担心安全性和不清楚保护效果,在得知疫苗仅针对一类型病毒时,53...

Bibliography:[Objective] To ascertain the knowledge-attitude-practice（ KAP） condition of hand-foot-mouth disease among kindergarten children＇s parents,so as to provide basis for prevention and control strategy against the disease. [Methods] Some kindergartens in Longhua street of Xuhui District were selected via cluster sampling for the study; children＇s parents were investigated with self-designed questionnaire and their KAP data obtained were analyzed. [Results] Among these parents,their awareness rates of major prevalence population,transmission pathways,early symptoms,and preventive strategy were more than70 percent. However,their knowledge of onset peak period,rash symptom and severe complications still needed to be improved, and those with lower educational background had poorer understanding of the disease. Parents had confidence in hand-foot-mouth disease prevention and control, and would send children for treatment in time.
