聚环氧琥珀酸对油田污水中硫酸锶/钡垢的阻垢性能及阻垢机制研究

以自制聚环氧琥珀酸(PESA)为研究对象,考察其相对分子质量对油田污水中硫酸锶/钡垢的阻垢性能,并将PESA与常用阻垢剂进行性能比较。结果表明:PESA相对分子质量对其阻垢性能有明显的影响,对于不同浓度的成垢离子、不同种类的垢,要选择不同的相对分子质量和合适的用量;PESA是一种高效的阻硫酸锶/钡垢的阻垢剂,针对含500 mg/L以下锶离子的污水相对分子质量500-1 000较好,针对含1 000 mg/L以上锶离子的污水相对分子质量约2000较好,用量3-8 mg/L时阻垢率均可超过95%;对于阻硫酸钡垢,其阻垢性能优于油田常用阻垢剂,且PESA与PAA有复配效应,对于含1 000 mg/L...

The self-made polyepoxysuccinic acids(PESA) were prepared and the scale inhibition effect of the relative molecular weight on barium sulfate and strontium sulfate in the oilfield sewage were investigated.And the scale inhibition performance between PESA and traditional scale inhibitor was compared.The results show that the molecular weight of PESA has an obvious influence on the scale inhibition.PESA with different molecular weights and different concentrations are selected in terms of different concentrations of scale-forming ions and different kinds of scales.It is also found that PESA is an efficient scale inhibitor for strontium/barium
