不同利用年限水稻土氨氧化细菌群落结构变化研究

【目的】本文以利用年限分别为100、300、700、1000和2000年的水稻土及杭州湾海涂(0年)作为研究对象,探究对不同利用年限水稻土氨氧化细菌群落结构随着利用年限的变化而显著变化。【方法】采用PCR-DGGE技术分析6个利用年限水稻土的氨氧化细菌群落组成。【结果】利用PCR-DGGE得到的电泳图像显示不同利用年限水稻土样品可检测到的AOB的DGGE条带数量均存在明显差异。【结论】不同利用年限对水稻土氨氧化细菌群落结构产生较大的影响。...

[ Objective]In the present paper, paddy soil and tideland soil of Hangzhou Bay were taken as target soil to gain a understand of how the utilized years affected the ammonia oxidation bacteria community structure, in which the former has been used to plant rice for about 100, 300,700,1000, 2000 years and the latter has never been used to plant crops (0 year). [ Method ] PC R-DGGE technology was adopted to analyze the ammonia oxidation bacteria community structure of 6 soil samples with different utilized years. [ Result] The AOB and DGGE strips showed a significant different pattern in electrophoretic images attained from PCR-DGGE analyzing. [ Conclusion ] Differences in uti- lized years can greatly affect the ammonia oxidation bacteria community structure in paddy soil.
