2型糖尿病同型半胱氨酸与踝肱指数分析
目的:探讨血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)与踝肱指数(ABI)在评估糖尿病患者周围动脉病变(PAD)中的相关性。方法选择2011年8月至2012年6月厦门市第二医院收治的2型糖尿病患者204例,均测定血清Hcy及ABI,并根据Hcy 水平分为A 组(Hcy<15μmol/L,167例)和B组(Hcy≥15μmol/L,37例);根据ABI水平分为非 PAD 组(0.9<ABI≤1.3,140例)、PAD组(ABI≤0.9,19例)和动脉硬化组(ABI〉1.3,45例),比较不同组间Hcy和ABI水平的变化情况。结果动脉硬化组患者血清Hcy最高,PAD组次之,非PAD组血清Hcy最低,三组两两比较,差...

Methods ABI and homocysteine were measured in 204 Type 2 diabetic patients from Auguest 2011 to June 2012 in Xiamen No.2 Hospital. According to serum Hcy concentrations ,the patients were divided into group A (Hcy〈15μmol/L,167 cases),and group B (Hcy≥15μmol/L,37 cases).According to ABI,the patients were divided into non-PAD(0.9〈ABI≤1.30,140 cases),PAD group(ABI≤0.9,19 cases),and the atherosclerosis group(ABI〈1.3,45 cases). Results The plasma serum Hcy concentrations in the atherosclerosis group was the highest,followed by PAD group,non-PAD group with the lowest plasma serum Hcy.
