Cu2+胁迫对罗氏沼虾血清中抗氧化和免疫指标的影响

[Objective]The effects of copper(Cu2+) stress on antioxidant and immune parameters in serum of Macro-brachium rosenbergii were studied to provide the reference for aquaculture environment regulation. [Method]Two Cu2+stress concentrations, 0(control group) and 100 μg/L(stress group) were designed, after 0, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h of stress, serum was separated. The total anti-oxidative capacity(T-AOC), activities of catalase(CAT), malondialdehyde(MDA), acid phosphates(ACP) and alkaline phosphatase(AKP) in serum were detected. [Result]T-AOC in serum significantly increased after Cu2+ stress for 3-12 h (P〈0.05, the same below), and reached the peak at 12 h, then decreased significantly at 24 h and 48 h of stress.
