广东省低碳土地生态利用评价
从土地利用、资源消耗、污染控制、经济发展、社会状况等5个方面构建了广东省低碳土地生态利用评价指标体系,对全省20个地级市的低碳土地生态利用水平进行了评价,为广东省低碳经济发展提供理论依据和技术支撑。结果表明:广东省20个地级市的低碳土地生态利用水平普遍不高,其中湛江市土地利用结构符合低碳发展要求,韶关、清远等城市高能耗以及东莞等城市高污染的生产方式不利于低碳发展;各市经济、社会发展水平差异较大。针对评价结果,提出了优化土地利用结构、优化能源结构、减少污染排放和加强区域协调发展等建议。...

Bibliography: | 44-1267/S In order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for low carbon economic development of Guangdong province, the authors set up an evaluation index system of low carbon ecological land use from 5 aspects including land use, resource consumption, pollution control, economic development and social condition, and evaluated the low carbon ecological land use levels of 20 cities in Guangdong. Results showed that low carbon ecological land use levels of 20 cities were generally poor. Land use structure in Zhanjiang city met the requirements of low carbon. The high energy consumption production patterns in cities like Shaoguan and Qingyuan, and the high pollution production patterns in cities like Dongguan were not benefit for low carbon development. There were obvious differences in economic and social development levels among cities.
