苯磺隆在成都地区诱导甘蓝型油菜雄性不育效果研究
通过苯磺隆、唑嘧磺草胺、精喹禾灵和烟嘧磺隆4种化学药物对甘蓝型油菜骨干自交系99-35和09QB48-54在成都地区的杀雄效果研究表明:当油菜主花序最大花蕾长度约1.50~2.00 mm,用苯磺隆第1次叶面喷施,隔10 d左右再第2次喷施,每次单株受药量15~20 m L,浓度为0.05~0.10μg/m L的苯磺隆时,可诱导群体全不育株率100%,且不产生药害,并能保持整个花期雄性不育;每次单株受药量8~10 m L浓度为0.30μg/m L苯磺隆时,可诱导群体不育株率90%以上,但结实率受到一定影响;0.30μg/m L浓度的苯磺隆涂茎二次,可诱导群体全不育株率91.16%;唑嘧磺草胺、精...

Bibliography: | Effects of 4 chemicals on the ability of male sterility induction in Brass/ca napus L were studied with 2 inbred fines, 99-35 and 09QB48-.54. The tested chemicals were tribonuron-methyl, flumetsulam, quizalofp-p-ethyl and nicesulfuron. The remits indicated that tribonuren-methyl which was suitable for Chengdu region exhibited the best effect of male sterility induction, while the other three chemicals showed no effects. The spraying d tribenuron-methyl were best utilized when the length of bud was 1.5 -4.0 mm in Brassica napus L. An amount d 15 - 20 mL chemical solution was applied per plant for the first time at the bolting stage when the floral buds were 1.5 to 2 mm in length on the main raceme, and a second spray was applied 10d later, with 0.05 -0. 10μg/mL of tribenmon-methyl, 100 % full sterile plants were obtained and no phytotexicity, achieving the whole flowering sterility. 8 - 10 mL chemical solution was sprayed on per plant twice, with 0.3 μg/mL of tribonuren-methyl could induce more than 90 % of st |
