脑血流调节在脑血管再通治疗中的应用

Cerebral blood fl ow regulation is the internal mechanism of maintaining the cerebral hemodynamic stability, which is comprised of cerebral autoregulation(CA), cerebrovascular reactivity(or cerebrovascular reserve, CVR) and neurovascular coupling(NVC). Cerebral blood fl ow regulation is closely associated with the occurrence, development and prognosis of ischemic neurovascular disease, which also plays an important role in the choice and evaluation of vascular recanalization therapy. This paper is to make a brief review of the study and application of cerebral blood fl ow regulation in the vascular recanalization therapy.
