迷你临床演练评量在护生中的应用效果分析

目的探讨迷你临床演练评量(Mini-CEX)在护生中的应用效果。方法将2015年10月至2016年4月在该科室实习的94名护生分为试验组和对照组,各47名。试验组采用Mini-CEX方法进行教学与考评,对照组采用传统方法进行教学与考评。最后采用自制满意度调查表和护生临床综合能力测评表比较2种教学方法在护生中的应用效果。结果试验组护生获得患者满意度和临床综合能力均较对照组提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论 Mini-CEX在护生中的应用可以提高患者对护生的满意度和护生临床综合能力,在临床护生带教中值得推广。...

Bibliography:Objective To explore the application effect of the mini clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX) in nursing students. Methods Ninety-four nursing students in this department were divided into the trial group and control group. The trial group adopted the Mini-CEX method for conducting teaching and assessment,while the control group adopted the traditional method. Finally the self-designed satisfaction questionnaire and comprehensive ability evaluation form of nursing students were adopted to compare the application effect of these two kinds of teaching methods among nursing students. Results The patients satisfaction degree and clinical comprehensive ability obtained by the nursing students in the trial group were increased compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).
