晒红烟发育及成熟过程中部分酶及激素变化规律的研究

研究了吉林晒红烟发育及成熟过程中转化酶、淀粉酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性及内源激素含量的变化规律。结果表明:在晒红烟发育及成熟过程中,中、上部叶的转化酶活性呈现"下降-升高-下降"的趋势,均在M3时达较高水平;淀粉酶活性表现出先升后降的趋势,在M3时达最高水平;谷氨酰胺合成酶活性呈双峰曲线变化趋势,第二个峰值均出现在M3时;随着叶片成熟,IAA、GA3及ZR含量逐渐下降,均在M3时达最低值,而ABA含量逐渐上升,在M3时达最高值。...

The change rule of activities of invertase,amylase,glutamine synthetase and hormone during development and maturity process in dark sun- cured tobacco were studied.
