水分胁迫对黑壳楠和香樟幼苗生理特性的影响

【目的】比较黑壳楠和香樟幼苗在淹水和干旱胁迫下的抗性指标,为筛选抗涝和抗旱型绿化植被提供参考依据。【方法】采用双套盆法对2年生黑壳楠和香樟幼苗进行重度淹水(W1)、中度淹水(W2)、轻度淹水(W3)、对照(W4)、持续干旱(W5)共5个处理的水分胁迫试验,分别于处理后10、20、30和40 d测定黑壳楠和香樟幼苗叶片的各项生理指标。【结果】淹水胁迫下,黑壳楠和香樟幼苗叶片相对电导率均随胁迫程度的加强而增加;香樟幼苗MDA含量随胁迫程度的加强而增加,黑壳楠在轻度、中度淹水30 d后,MDA含量呈下降趋势;香樟幼苗SOD活性随胁迫时间的延长呈先升后降趋势,黑壳楠在轻度、中度淹水胁迫下SOD活性始终...

Objective】The present experiment was conducted to investigate resistance index of Cinnamomum camphora(L.) Presl. and Lindera megaphylla Hemsl under waterlog and drought stress, in order to provide basis for screening antiwaterlogging and drought-resistant vegetation for environmental virescence. 【Method】The 2-year-old seedlings of L. megaphylla Hemsl. and C. camphora(L.) Presl. were cultured with clay pots in plastic buckets, respectively, which were used to conduct water stress experiment including with 5 treatments viz., severe waterlog, moderate waterlog, mild waterlog,normal water supply(control) and persistent drought.
