3种不同间作生草对枳实生苗及AMF菌根的生长效应研究

将生草栽培与菌根技术应用于柑桔生产中,有利于降低生产成本、提高果实品质、改善土壤理化性质和提高肥水利用率.本试验在盆栽条件下,通过研究白三叶草、黑麦草、百脉根和摩西球囊霉(AMF)等8个不同处理对枳实生苗及菌根生长的影响,筛选适于柑橘园间作的生草及菌根组合,为生草栽培+菌根技术应用提供参考.结果表明:生草栽培和接种AMF真菌促进了枳苗生长发育,增加了枳苗N、P、K含量(黑麦草除外),提高了枳苗根系AKP、ACP活性,促进了AMF菌根生长繁殖,提高了枳苗叶片中蛋白质含量和可溶性糖含量,提高了枳叶片内SOD、POD、CAT活性和降低了MDA的活性,其中栽培白三叶草及AMF组合的各项指标效果均最好,...
