雷帕霉素对帕金森病小鼠神经保护效应的研究
目的研究雷帕霉素对帕金森病(PD)小鼠模型的神经保护效应。方法采用悬挂试验和爬杆试验检测雷帕霉素对PD小鼠运动行为障碍的改善作用,免疫组织化学检测雷帕霉素对PD小鼠黑质酪氨酸羟化酶、α-突触核蛋白表达水平的影响。结果雷帕霉素明显改善了PD小鼠运动行为缺陷,提高了酪氨酸羟化酶的表达,降低了α-突触核蛋白的表达。结论雷帕霉素对PD小鼠具有明显的神经保护效应。...

Bibliography: | Objective To study the neuroprotective effects of rapamycin in Parkinson′s disease(PD) mice. Methods The suspension test and the pole-climbing test were adopted to detect the improvement effect of rapamycin on the movement disorder of PD mice. The expression of tyrosine hydroxylase and α-synuclein in the substantia nigra of PD mice were examined via immunohistochemistry. Results Rapamycin significantly improved the movement disorder of PD mice,increased the expression of tyrosine hydroxylase and decreased the expression of α-synuclein in the PD mice.
