砷胁迫对丛枝菌根接种玉米叶片蛋白表达谱的影响

本研究采用蛋白质组学方法,研究了砷胁迫后丛枝菌根真菌接种玉米叶片蛋白表达谱的变化。以玉米叶片为实验材料,运用双向凝胶电泳技术(2-DE)对砷胁迫后丛枝菌根真菌接种玉米叶片差异表达蛋白进行分离,并通过质谱技术和搜索NCBInr数据库对差异蛋白进行鉴定。结果显示,砷胁迫后菌根接种玉米叶片中有18个蛋白差异表达,其中有6个蛋白被成功鉴定,这些蛋白包括protein phosphatase 2C、ornithine carbamoyltransferase、PEP carboxylase、两个ATP synthase CF1 beta subunit以及一个假设蛋白。该研究有助于从蛋白质水平上理解砷胁...

The change of protein expression profiles from maize leaves of abuscular mycorrhizal fungi( AMF) inoculation under arsenic( As)stress was studied by the method of proteomics. The maize leaves were used as the experimental materials. The differentially expressed proteins in the maize leaves of AMF inoculation after As stress were separated by 2-DE and identified by mass spectrometry and searching for NCBInr database. The results showed that 18 proteins in the maize leaf differentially expressed. Of them,6 proteins were successfully identified,including protein phosphatase 2C,ornithine carbamoyltransferase,PEP carboxylase,two ATP synthase CF1 beta subunits and one hypothetical protein.
