水稻抽穗期QTL qHD8.3的遗传分析与初步定位

从普通野生稻/9311染色体片段代换系群体中筛选获得一个含有早抽穗QTL的代换系CSSL13。光温反应特性分析表明:CSSL13早抽穗的特性对光温表现不敏感。利用CSSL13和9311所衍生的BC5F2群体进行遗传分析,发现该群体中单株抽穗期呈明显的双峰分布,早抽穗和迟抽穗单株分离比符合3∶1的分离比,表明该早抽穗特性受一对显性主效基因控制。进一步利用BC5F2群体中76株极早抽穗的单株和52株极晚抽穗的单株将该q HD8.3定位在8号染色体分子标记M07和M13之间,物理距离约为1.6 Mb。...

Bibliography:We characterized an early heading line CSSL13 from a set of chromosome segment substitution lines derived from a cross between9311 as the recurrent parent and Oryza rufipogon as the donor. Analysis of light temperature characteristic showed: The heading date is insensitive to light and temperature. In a BC5F2 segregating population derived from CSSL13 and 9311,the ratio of early heading plants to late heading plants showed a 3∶ 1 frequency distribution. The q HD8. 3 locus was further narrowed down to approximately 1. 6 Mb DNA fragment defined by molecular markers M07 and M13 using 76 early heading individuals and 52 late heading individuals.
