抗氧化桑黄真菌筛选及抗氧化能力评价

本文比较桑黄真菌活性物质含量差异、抗氧化能力差异,并分析抗氧化方法间及抗氧化方法与含量间的相关性.结果表明,sh8在粗多糖含量、黄酮含量、总酚含量显著高于其他菌株,同时sh8有较强的羟自由基、DPPH、超氧阴离子自由基清除能力及较高螯合能力和还原力,表明sh8为较优菌株.不同抗氧化能力检测方法所得的结果间,具有不同的统计学相关性.总酚与不同抗氧化检测方法间的相关性最强,黄酮相关性次之,粗多糖与其相关性较低,以上说明,酚类物质对抗氧化能力起着最主要贡献,黄酮类物质贡献次之,粗多糖对抗氧化能力的影响较低....

In this paper, the differences of contents d active substance and the differences of antioxidant activity from Sanghuang were com- pared, and the correlations among anfioxidation methods and contents with antioxidation methods were analyzed. The results showed that sh8 had the highest contents of polysaccharide, flavonoicls and phenol. Antloxidclant capacity measured showed that sh8 had the strongest scavenging capacity of hydroxyl radical, DPPH, superoxide anion radical, chelating ability and reducing power, which indicated shS, was the optimum strain.
