辐射诱变育成的黑芝麻品种赣芝9号DNA变异的SRAP分析

赣芝9号是我国首个通过辐射诱变育种技术选育而成的黑芝麻品种。利用SRAP标记对赣芝9号及其对照种武宁黑进行分子鉴定,结果显示,23对随机引物共扩增出DNA条带625条,多态性带36条,多态性比率5.76%;其中,赣芝9号新增带15条,占2.48%,缺失带21条,占对照的3.44%。辐射诱变选育的黑芝麻新品种赣芝9号与原始对照种武宁黑之间存在明显的分子变异,辐射诱变是一种有效的黑芝麻育种途径,SRAP对芝麻辐射诱变的分子鉴定是可行的。...

Ganzhi No. 9 is a first black sesame variety obtained through radiation mutation breeding in China. In this study, SRAP markers were used to conduct molecular identification of Ganzhi No. 9 and the control variety Wuninghei, and the results showed that: a total of 625 DNA bands were amplified by randomly - selected 23 pair of primers, and among them 36 bands were polymorphic with the ratio of 5.76% ; the novel bands and absent bands of Ganzhi No. 9 were 15 and 21 respectively, accounting for 2.48% and 3.44% of the total 625 bands, respectively; there was obvious molecular variation between Ganzhi No. 9 and Wun- inghei.
