广东省农业信息化发展战略

信息化是推动农业转型升级的重要动力，是实现农业现代化的重要手段。广东在信息化基础设施、信息平台建设、信息技术应用、信息服务体系建设等方面取得了明显成效；在新常态下，广东农业信息化主要面向农产品数量及质量安全保障、农业转型升级、农业可持续发展等重大需求。在现状、需求分析的基础上，提出了广东农业信息化建设的重点任务，包括加强顶层设计，推动农业生产智能化、农业经营网络化、农业政务信息化，以及加快信息进村人户和强化示范带动。并对如何抓住“互联网＋”发展机遇，提出了要发展智慧农业、建立农业大数据、优化农村电商发展环境等建议。...

Informatization is not only the major force to promote transformation and upgrading of agricultural industry, but also an important means to overhaul agricultural modernization. Guangdong has got obvious achievements in information infrastructure, information platform construction, information technology application, information service system construction. Under the new normal, quantity and quality security of agricultural products, agricultural transformation and upgrading, and agricultural sustainable development have great need in information technology.
