不同密度和施氮量下烤烟化学成分与致香物质关系的研究
以云烟87为材料,通过相关分析、通径分析、逐步回归分析等方法,探讨了不同种植密度和施氮量下烤烟化学成分与致香物质的相互关系。结果表明:致香物质含量与氮碱比呈极显著正相关关系,与钾氯比呈显著或极显著负相关关系;烟碱、钾、氯、钾氯比对新植二烯含量的影响主要由直接作用引起,总氮对新植二烯的影响主要由间接作用决定,总糖、还原糖、糖碱比和氮碱比不仅直接作用强,而且还能辅助其他化学成分对新植二烯产生较大的间接作用。氮碱比、钾、总氮、还原糖对香气总量(除新植二烯)的影响主要取决于直接作用,烟碱和总糖对香气总量的影响主要取决于间接作用,糖碱比、钾氯比、氯对香气总量的影响是由直接作用和间接作用共同引起的。...
