复合材料增强铝方管耐撞性数值模拟
基于复合材料增强铝方管准静态轴向压溃试验结果,通过有限元仿真方法研究其耐撞性及压溃吸能特性。建立复合材料增强铝方管双层壳单元有限元模型,进行仿真分析获得其变形失效模式及载荷位移曲线等,通过与实验数据对比验证材料模型及有限元模型的准确性,并进行压溃结果分析。基于验证的有限元模型,研究薄弱环节设置、复合材料纤维铺层角度对其轴向压溃吸能特性的影响。结果表明:顶部设置圆孔薄弱环节比设置45°外倒角更能有效改善吸能特性;随着复合材料纤维铺层角度的增大,其吸能能力会随之增强。...
