Bibliography: | The drive characteristics of 2SC0535 in detail was shown in this article,and the implementation principle of short- circuit protection,advanced active clamp,supply undervohage protection and isolated DC/DC converter were analyzed. 2SC0535-based 3 300 V/1 200 A IGBT drive and protection circuit was given as well.
