轮作区不同品系水稻根际土壤元素变化趋势研究

Summary: | 【目的】研究陕西南部水稻-油菜轮作制种植方式下,不同品系水稻在其不同生长时期根际土壤元素含量的变化趋势。【方法】本文利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法的实验方法,对该地区3个采样点(安康、城固、宁强)2个水稻品种在水稻3个重要生长时期(五叶期、分蘖期、孕穗期)根际土壤的P、K、Ca、Mg、Na、Fe 6种营养元素及Mn、Zn、Cr、Cu 4种重金属元素的含量变化进行了研究和对比。【结果】这10种元素含量范围分别是41.6-2189.2,10 301.2-32 141.2,198.7-6517.3,6101.3-30 021.0,2761.2-15 293.2,8907.6-106 080.0,165.4-790.4,6.2-39.4,39.4-91.3,3.3-43.3 mg/kg;营养元素彼此具有显著相关性,重金属之间呈相关或显著相关性。通过对土壤含水量及酸碱性的研究发现,土壤含水量符合水稻水田生长特性,在水稻孕穗期含水量均较高,个别采样地还能达到50%;除安康地区为偏酸性水稻土(pH5.5-6.5),其余采样地均为中性土壤,均适合水稻生长。【结论】本研究揭示了水稻根际土壤元素的变化趋势,为合理施肥及水土保持方面起理论支持的作用。 |

Bibliography: | [ Objective]The present study aims to analyze the variation tendency of elements in rice rhizosphere soil under the rape-rice rotation system in Southern shaanxi. [Method]The distributions of P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cr and Cu of different rice strains in different stages at three sampling sites by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry method were studied. [ Result ] The concentration ranges of P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Mn, Zn, Cr, Cu were 41.6-2189.2, 103 01.2-32 141.2, 198.7-6517.3, 6101.3 -30 021.0, 2761.2 - 15 293.2, 8907.6 - 106 080.0, 165.4 - 790.4, 6.2 - 39.4, 39.4 - 91.3, 3.3 -43.3 mg/kg, respectively. Significant difference was found in the concentrations of nutrient elements. There were good correlations between metal elements. The results of water content and pH of soil showed that soil water content was in aeeordance with the growth characteristics of flee.
