枣树根际土壤滑刃线虫种类的鉴定

为了掌握蒙自地区枣树寄生线虫的分布情况,近年来对红河州蒙自枣树主要栽培区东村、小红寨、北庄、小东山、高家寨等枣树根部及根际土壤的滑刃寄生线虫进行采样调查,共采集70份样本。通过对形态特征和测量数据的观测,初步鉴定出燕麦真滑刃线虫（Aphelenchus avenae Bastian,1865）、内卷滑刃线虫（Aphelenchoides involutus Minegawa,1992）、双尾拟滑刃线虫（Aphelenchoides bicaudatus,1931）、地衣滑刃线虫（Aphelenchoides lichenicola,1982）。...

In order to understand the distribution of parasitic nematodes of Z. jujube,in recent years Aphelenchoide spp nematodes was surveyed around mainly cultivation area such as Dongcun,Xiaohongzhai,Beizhuang,Gaojiazhai ect. 70 samples were collected. According to morphological characteristics and morphometrics,four species were identified as A. avenae,A. involutus,A. bicaudatus and A. Lichenicola.
