广东省农业科技人才发展现状及对策研究

分析了目前广东省农业科技人才的发展历程和现状,结果发现:广东省农业科技人才队伍在呈现出规模稳步扩大、结构不断优化、高层次人才团队初步建立等良好局面的同时,与现代农业发展需求相比,依然存在农业科技人才总量不足、部分领域农业高层次创新型人才匮乏、农业科技人才区域与行业分布不均、考核激励机制尚不完善、成长环境欠佳等问题。建议政府从完善农业人才培养机制、创造良好人才发展外部环境和完善科技人员激励机制等入手,促进广东农业科技人才发展获得提升。...

This paper analyzed the present situation of the agricultural scientific technology talents in Guangdong.The results show that the scale and structure of talents are improved as well as a high level talent team is set up. At the meantime, compared with the Guangdong modern agriculture need, the talents' quantity, especially the high level talents in certain fields is insufficient. And the regional and industrial distribution of the agricultural scientific technology talents is maldistribution. In order to improve the quality of the agricultural scientific technology talents in Guangdong, the government needs to improve the agricultural talents training mechanism, create good development external environment and optimize the incentive mechanism, etc.
