不同基质对豹皮樟嫩枝扦插生根能力的影响
【目的】为探明基质对豹皮樟春梢扦插生根能力的影响及规模化扦插育苗基质应用提供依据。【方法】以成龄豹皮樟春梢为繁殖材料,用生长调节剂GGR 50 mg/L处理后,分别扦插在老鹰茶原生地紫色沙壤土(下称紫色土)、珍珠岩、蛭石3种基质上,研究不同基质对插穗的扦插生根率、愈伤组织诱导期的营养物质含量、关联酶活性以及内源激素水平的影响,并进行多重比较。【结果】紫色土基质插穗生根率最高,为70.64%,与蛭石(55.86%)、珍珠岩(62.29%)基质间极显著(P〈0.01);插穗中总酚含量与PPO酶活性呈正相关,Chl含量与SOD酶活性、CAT酶呈正相关,光合作用能力增强导致插穗叶片中分解产生的活性氧、...

Bibliography: | [ Objective ] This study aimed to verify the effect of different substrates on rooting capability of L. coreana shoot cuttings and provide the basis for substrate application of large-scale cutting seedling-raising. [ Method ] The effects of different substrates on rooting rate of cuttings and nutrient content, relative enzymatic activity and endogenous hormone level of calli at induction stage are studied by culturing a- dult L. coreana spring shoots treated with 50 mg/L GGR in three different substrates of purple soil, perlite and vermiculite respectively. [ Result]The rooting rates of the cuttings cultured in purple soil, perlite and vermiculite were 70.64 % , 62.29 % and 55.86 % , respec- tively, and there was a difference in rooting rate very significantly among three substrates. Total phenols content of cuttings was positively re- lated to PPO activity. The Chl content was positively related to SOD and CAT activity.
