茯砖茶抗氧化物质提取及其抗氧化活性研究

The optimum conditions for extracting antioxidants from Fu brick tea and its antioxidant activity were investigated by single factor and orthogonal experiments using the rate of scavenging hydroxyl radicals and reducing power as indexes. The results showed that the optimum extraction conditions of antioxidants from Fu brick tea were as follows :50% ethanol,at 75℃ for 2.5 h,ratio of solid to liquid of 1∶25.
