兰花磷酸肌醇特异性磷脂酶C基因家族生物信息学分析

【目的】为研究兰花(Phalaenopsis equestris)中PI-PLC基因家族各成员在兰花中的生理功能。【方法】利用兰花基因组数据库,经过生物信息学分析,获得兰花PI-PLC基因家族成员的基因结构、染色体定位和编码蛋白,经过多重序列比对进行进化和分类分析。【结果】结果表明:兰花基因组中含有3个PI-PLC家族基因成员,分别含有9~13个外显子。TMHMM跨膜区结构分析显示,兰花PI-PLC蛋白均不含有跨膜区;MEME保守结构域分析显示,兰花PI-PLC蛋白均含有4个保守的EF、X、Y和C2结构域。【结论】以上结果对解析兰花PI-PLC蛋白的生物学功能提供重要的线索。...

Objective】The study aims to study the function of Phalaenopsis equestris PI-PLC gene family members in Orchid. 【Method】On the basis of orchid genome database and bioinformatics analysis,we obtained orchid PI-PLC gene family structure and their positions on chromosome and duplication information. 【Result】The results showed that 3 Pe PLC genes existed in the orchid genome,contained 9-13 extrons.TMHMM results showed that all Pe PLC proteins don't contain transmembrane structure. Multiple alignment and motif display results indicated that all Pe PLC proteins contain four conserved domains( EF,X,Y and C2). 【Conclusion】The results would provide the important clues for functional studies of orchid PI-PLC proteins.
