辣椒砧木种质资源对青枯病抗性的数量遗传初步分析
【目的】分析辣椒砧木种质资源对青枯病的抗性数量遗传特点,筛选抗病育种骨干亲本,为辣椒抗青枯病杂交组合的亲本选配提供理论依据,为提高辣椒青枯病抗病育种的预见性提供参考。【方法】利用对青枯病表现不同抗性水平的5份辣椒砧木种质资源进行完全双列杂交,获得20个F1;鉴定F1对青枯病的抗病性,以病情指数为抗性表型指标,采用Griffing法估算辣椒砧木抗病性的数量遗传参数,分析配合力和杂种优势。【结果】筛选出对辣椒青枯病表现中抗以上抗病水平的杂交组合8个,占40%,其中1个组合表现高抗,4个组合表现抗病。数量遗传分析结果表明,抗性遗传效应以加性效应为主,同时受显性效应、反交效应和环境效应的影响,参试辣椒...

Bibliography: | 45-1381/S [ Objective ]In order to provides theoretical basis for selecting parents of cross combination to breed pepper rootstocks with resistance to bacterial wilt and enhancing foreseeability of pepper breeding for resistance to bacterial wilt, the quantitative genetic characteristics of bacterial wilt-resistance of pepper rootstock germplasms were analyzed to screen backbone parents of cross combination with high resistance to bacterial wilt. [ Method ]Five pepper rootstock germplasms with different levels of resistances to bacterial wilt were used to produce 20 kinds of F1 seeds by complete diallel cross method. Then the bacterial wilt-resistance of F1 plants was identified. Using disease index as resistant phenotypic index, the quantitative genetic parameters were estimated to analyze combining ability and heterosis by Griffing method.
