云南野生石斛ISSR-PCR分析

Bibliography:In order to provide reference for genetic information in germplasm protection and utilization of Dendrobium, genetic relationship and diversity in nine kinds of Dendrobium were analyzed by eight primers of ISSR. The results showed that 71 loci were detected. There were 67 polymorphie loci among them, and the polymorphic ratio was 94.4 %, and average amplified bands were 8.9 by every primer. The 8e- netic similarity ranged from 0.56 to 0. 80. Nine wild species of Dendrobium could be clustered into four groups at C,S = 0. 586, and these species in lab test had a higher contiguous genetic relationship.
