毛木耳发菌棚内外空气真菌的检测

为了解毛木耳发菌棚中空气真菌与温度和湿度的关系以及发菌棚内主要的真菌种类,在四川省毛木耳主栽区的接种季节,对毛木耳发菌棚内外空气中24 h的真菌数量和主要种类进行检测,并运用SPSS软件分析了真菌数量与棚内外空气温度和湿度的关系,结合形态特征和r DNA ITS区序列的综合分析,对发菌棚内分离所得主要真菌进行鉴定。结果表明,凌晨1:00到5:00时间段中空气真菌数量较小,棚内外空气真菌数量呈显著正相关,但与棚内外空气温度和湿度都不呈显著相关性,检测时间内空气中的真菌种类有曲霉属、木霉属、蓝状菌属、链格孢属。本试验显示,凌晨1:00到5:00适宜于毛木耳菌袋接种工作,毛木耳发菌棚中真菌曲霉属的菌...

Auricularia polytricha Culture room Fungi
In order to detect the relationship of the contents of fungi in air with temperature and humidity and the species of main fungi in and out of Auricularia polytricha's culture room,in the main Auricularia polytricha plantation of Sichuan province,the contents of fungi in air inside and outside culture room were detected in 24 hours after inoculation,where the fungi contents in air with temperature and humidity were correlatively analyzed by SPSS software,meanwhile based on the morphological and phylogenetic analysis of r DNA ITS,the species of main fungi were identificated.
