种植密度和留叶数对彭水山地烟叶光合特性的影响

为了解彭水山地烟叶的光合特性,设置种植密度和留叶数2个试验因素,以烤烟(Nicotiana tobacum L.)品种云烟97为材料,于2012年研究了不同栽培技术对烤烟烟叶光合特性的影响.结果表明:在A1B1(种植密度为13 500株/hm2、留叶数14片/株)处理下,净光合速率、气孔导度、蒸腾速率等均处于最大值,而胞间C02浓度在A3B3(种植密度为19 500株/hm2、留叶数22片/株)处理下达到最大值.而气孔导度、胞间C02浓度、蒸腾速率在A2B1(种植密度为16 500株/hm2、留叶数14片/株)处理下最小.尽管叶绿素相对含量在不同处理下表现出不同的变化,但处理间没有达到显著性差...
