荔枝蛀蒂虫触角的超微结构观察

利用体视显微镜和扫描电镜对荔枝蛀蒂虫雌雄虫触角上的显微结构进行观察。结果表明:荔枝蛀蒂虫雌虫和雄虫触角都分布有腔锥形感器、锥形感器和毛形感器3种感器,以毛形感器数量最多,雌雄虫触角感器在形状上没有明显差异。同时还描述了各种感器的形态特征和着生规律。...

Summary:利用体视显微镜和扫描电镜对荔枝蛀蒂虫雌雄虫触角上的显微结构进行观察。结果表明:荔枝蛀蒂虫雌虫和雄虫触角都分布有腔锥形感器、锥形感器和毛形感器3种感器,以毛形感器数量最多,雌雄虫触角感器在形状上没有明显差异。同时还描述了各种感器的形态特征和着生规律。
Bibliography:The ultra-structure of the sensilla on the antenna of adult Conopomorpha sinensis Bradley was observed with stereomicroscope and scanning electron microscope. Result indicated that three types of sensilla were found on both male and female antenna, sensilla eoeloconica, sensilla basiconica, sensilla trichodea. The number of sensilla trichodea was the most and the shape of female antennae was similar with male' s. The shape, category and distribution of these different types of sensilla were also discussed.
