光照强度对褐牙鲆血浆皮质醇、渗透压和生化指标的影响

Notes | 44-1267/S WANG Shuai, CHEN A-qin, LYU Wei-qun (College of Fisheries and Life Science, Shanghai Ocean University, Shanghai 201306, China) In order to determine the effects of light intensity on the plasma cortisol, osmolality and biochemical indices including the contents of total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), triglycerides(TG), total cholesterol(TC), aspertate aminotransferase (AST), glutamic-pyruvic transaminase (ALT) and the activity of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) of Japanese flounder (Paralichthys olivaceus), 72 flounders were treated with four light intensity(0 lx, 10 lx, 100 lx, and 1 000 lx) for 30 min or 7 days. The results showed that, after treating 30 min, cortisol changed, and it reached the lowest in 10 lx group. As time extended to 7 d, cortisol decreased in all light intensity, but the trend was consistent. Light intensity had no significant effect on the contents of osmolality, TP and ALB. The content of TG in 100 lx group treated with 30 min was the lowest and significantly lower than those in 10 lx |
