对22份枸杞属种质材料进行RAPD分析。研究结果表明,32个引物在22份种质中共扩增出了204条带、其中162条为多态性条带,多态性条带的比例为79.41%。UPGMA聚类分析结果表明,RAPD分子标记的聚类结果与枸杞属形态分类基本相似,能将种间亲缘关系划分出,但是对变种与种问关系的区分不佳。...
