The genomic DNA of 22 wolfberry germplasms were tested with RAPD using 32 arbitrary lO-mer primers which were screened from 100 primers.The 162 polymorphic bands of 204 RAPD bands were obtained with thepercentage of polymorphic bands 79.41%. UPGMA cluster analysis based on RAPD markers data.The result showed that the RAPD approach was efficient in generating accurate information on genetic background, relationship and evolution of wo|iberry gcrmplasms.
