Bibliography:With the more attention to the quality and safety of agricultural products and the more regulation of agricultural products, more and more countries pay attention to the use and promotion of produce quality safety standards. Based on the overview of agriculture in our country, from the producing area conditions, production process, processing links and circulation distribution link, this paper summarized agricultural products quality and safety standards of various stages, and compared discussed with foreign agricultural products quality and safety standards.
