甘蔗与河八王属间杂种的SSR标记鉴定

S566.1; 以甘蔗属优良甘蔗新品种(系)为母本,以收集于广西的河八王属材料为父本进行有性杂交,利用SSR标记对获得的杂种进行真实性鉴定.从70对甘蔗SSR引物中筛选出9对用于对5个甘蔗×河八王组合的57个杂交后代植株进行鉴定,结果表明,其中有14株具有双亲特征带,确定为真杂种.SSR标记可用于甘蔗河八王杂种真实性鉴定,研究结果为甘蔗野生种质河八王属植物的杂交利用及相关基础研究奠定了良好的基础....

In a bid to explore the feasibility of distant hybridization between sugarcane and Narenga porphyrocoma（Hance） Bor, SSR markers were used to identify the progenies from five crosses between sugarcane × Narenga porphyrocoma（Hance） Bor.Nine pairs of primers selected from 70 pairs of SSR primers were screened out and applied for identification of 57 progenies of sugarcane × Narenga porphyrocoma（Hance） Bor.The results showed that fourteen progenies had the special bands of parents,and they were thereby recognized as the true hybrids.SSR marker technology was proved to be useful for identifying the progenies of sugarcane × Narenga porphyrocoma（Hance） Bor.It could be concluded that this experiment established a favorable foundation on the effective use of hybrids from sugarcane and Narenga porphyrocoma（Hance） Bor as well as the related basic research.
