This paper explored the allelopathy of extract solution from hybrid Pennisetum alopecuroides on Medicago sativa Saidi 10.The results showed that the high concentration（10.0%） of extract solution from the root,stem and leaf of hybrid Pennisetum alopecuroides had inhibitory action on seed germination percentage of Saidi 10,while the low concentration（5.0%） of extract solution from the root and stem had promotive action on seed germination percentage of Saidi 10;the extract solution from the root,stem and leaf of hybrid Pennisetum alopecuroides with mid-low concentration（5.0%～7.5%） had obvious promotive action on the seedling height,root length and seedling fresh weight of Saidi 10.
