长江中游城市集群中国驰名商标保护对策研究

通过研究武汉城市圈、长株潭城市群、环鄱阳湖城市群特殊商标权“中国驰名商标”的认定及保护，提出了长江中游城市集群中国驰名商标保护的对策。

Through studying the identification and protection of Chinese well - known trademarks with the special trademark right in Wuhan city circle, Changsha - Zhuzhou - Xiangtan city group, and the Poyang Lake eco - economic region, the paper presented the protection countermeasure of Chinese well - known trademarks in city clusters in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River.
