苦荞地方品种SRAP标记遗传多样性分析
S517%Q943; 利用从120对SRAP标记中筛选出的多态性丰富的23对引物组合,分析主要来源于湖北鄂西南地区的28份苦养麦农家品种的遗传多样性.聚类分析结果表明,28份苦荞麦品系分属两大不同的类群,第一大类包括3个不同的亚类:第二大类包括两个亚类.主成分分析结果显示,两大类群间存在相互渗透的情况,说明材料间存在一定的亲缘关系和种质渗透.经综合比较分析,推断湖北省鄂西南地区是我国苦荞麦的一个生态分布中心....

Bibliography: | 44-1267/S 23 primer combinations were picked out from 120 primer pairs and used to analyze the genetic diversity of 28 landraces of Fagopyrum tataricum mainly originated from southwest of Hubei province. Cluster analysis showed that the 28 accessions coulO De categorized into two major groups, and the first group could be further divided into three sub-categories, and the second group could be divided into two sub-categories. The principal component analysis indicated that there were mutual penetration between the two groups, meaning that there was certain genetic relationship between different genotypes. Comprehensive comparative analysis inferred that southwest area of Hubei province was one of tartary buckwheat ecological distribution centers in China.
