北方杂交粳稻产量性状与品质性状典型相关分析

为明确产量与稻米品质的关系，将高产育种与优质育种有机结合，运用典型相关分析方法，以10个不育系与20个恢复系配组的106个杂交梗稻为材料，研究了产量与稻米品质问的关系。结果表明，产量性状与部分米质性状之间关系密切；穗长、穗粒数在产量性状体系中起重要作用；食味值、蛋白质含量、垩白粒率、脂肪酸含量、粒宽、长／宽、糙米率等在米质性状体系中起重要作用。穗长、结实率对米质性状影响较大；同时精米率、长／宽等品质性状较易受产量性状影响。...

Bibliography:106 cresses derived freml0 sterile lines x 20 restorer lines were taken as the materials to study the relationship between the yield traits and the main quality traits by the canonical correlation analysis. The results showed that the relationship between the yield traits and the part of grain quality characters was close. The panicle length and the number of grain per panicle played an important role in the yield traits system and eating value, protein content, chalky rice percentage, fat content, milled rice width, length-width ratio of milled rice, brewn rice rate played an important role in rice quality system. The panicle length, seed setting rate had a great effect on quality traits and milled rice rate, length-width ratio of milled rice were susceptible to selection of yield traits.
