数字化电能表动态误差特性测试装置的设计
针对目前智能变电站用数字化电能表缺乏动态误差实验室测试手段的问题,文中采用OOK动态误差测试信号模型,研发了数字化电能表动态误差测试装置。首先引入了OOK离散化动态信号测试模型,其次,提出了装置总体硬件设计方案,并基于该方案提出了OOK数字化动态测试信号生成、IEC 61850-9协议SMV组包方法。最后的试验给出了装置生成的信号波形,满足OOK模型的要求,并对国内某厂家数字化电能表进行试验,验证了该装置用于测试数字化电能表动态误差的有效性。...
