不同长途运输方案对大黄鱼低盐养殖的影响
由于大黄鱼受苗种产地限制,异地开展低盐养殖通常需经过苗种运输,而运输过程中运输方案的选择对大黄鱼低盐养殖成活率影响较大。设计3种大黄鱼长途运输方案,分别为方案1:直接海水运输(盐度25%。-25%。),方案2:直接低盐运输(盐度25%。-10%。),方案3:低盐驯化后低盐运输(盐度10%。-10%。),并比较运输过程中及运输后成活率。结果表明,3种方案对运输过程鱼苗成活率(均高于99%)影响不大;运输后低盐养殖初期(未投饵)各组成活率均下降,其中直接海水运输(方案1)成活率高于另外两组,为93.38(±2.82)%;低盐养殖投饵阶段方案1成活率仍最高、为74.54%;投饵后8d,各组达到稳定状...

However, survival rate will be greatly influenced by transportation plan, so we designed three different transportation plans, plan 1 :direct transport in normal seawater, plan 2 :direct transport in low-sah water, plan 3:domesticate in low-salt water before transport in low-salt water, and compared the survival rate. The result showed that the survival rate of larvae (higher than 99%) was little difference among 3 plans. During the stage of desalination breeding without food, the survival rate of all plans decreased. In the plan 1, it was 93.38(±2.82)%, much higher than those in the other two plans.
