基于时序模型的含孤岛运行配电网供电能力评估
合理的孤岛划分对于优选负荷转移方案,进而保证持续供电能力有着重要影响,因此从供电能力角度评价孤岛划分方案十分必要。文中计及分布式电源(DG)与负荷时序特性,提出含孤岛运行的配电网供电能力评估指标体系。针对微网运行方式不同,将评估体系分为含微网的配电主网和孤岛运行微网两部分,选择、设计差异化指标,新增“供电能力合格率”与“供电峰谷差下降率”两项指标,用于分析影响供电能力的DG配置、负荷特性等因素。在多种场景下,对修改后的PG&E69节点系统进行供电能力评估,分析对比表明该指标体系能全面、有效地从供电能力角度实现对孤岛划分方案的评估。...
