INA细菌对杂柑‘不知火’果实膜脂过氧化和保护酶活性的影响
以杂柑‘不知火’果实为材料,人工接种INA细菌,在模拟自然降温条件下,研究INA细菌对果实霜冻害的影响。结果表明:接种INA细菌能提高果皮相对电导率,破坏果皮膜保护酶SOD、POD、CAT的活性,使细胞积累大量自由基,并增强膜脂过氧化作用,加剧MDA含量的积累,使果实在较高低温下受冻。因此,INA细菌可诱发和加剧‘不知火’果实霜冻害。...
